Wendy Tannenbaum, Diversified Capital Funding

Express to Success has announced that the current Business of the Quarter is Wendy Tannenbaum, a Loan Specialist with Diversified Capital Funding, one of California’s largest mortgage brokers. Ms. Tannenbaum is an energetic participant in Express to Success as well as numerous other professional organizations including the Women's Council of Realtors and the Bay East Association of Realtors. She helped increase the number of area students who received dictionaries donated by Bay East members as part of the Dictionary Project, an outreach program dedicated to improving the reading and comprehension of children. Ms. Tannenbaum also volunteers her time with Adopt an Angel. She recently won one of the highest honors in her profession when she was selected as the 2007 Affiliate of the Year. This honor reflects her business philosophy which focuses on client satisfaction, solid working relationships and innovative technology to deliver the best combination of price and service for her customers.
